I love this store! The location was organized and clean, I was really able to find what I needed, and things I just wanted. The Christmas decor was amazing. They have a large selection of items from ornaments to placemats and outdoor decorations. They currently have a sale and all Christmas decorations are 25% off. I highly recommend you visit and soon!!

Store was well stocked and clean. Employees greated you as you walked though the door and asked if there was anything they could help you with.

worst store ever. don't ever order online for shipping to this store. TWO bad experiences in a row. First time took 4 people to find the order in their back room. Second time it had been shipped to store, sat for weeks, no one completed order. Called 800#, called store, they found order held it behind the desk, came in next morning only to have them say they sold it to someone else because it wasn't in their system WTH??!! Never again. Don't shop at Bel Air Kirklands. ever.

Store is always clean and well-organized. Staff is helpful in locating things that meet my gift-giving needs or interests. Online coupons usually make purchase prices more reasonable. Be patient; ever pay full price unless you just have more money than you know what to do with.
