Good selection, prices are not very competitive on most items. They have some stock that is hard to find anywhere else. The bathrooms are disgusting. The toilet barely flushes. There are ants and bugs running all over the floors. The hand towel dispenser does not work. There was no warm water from the sink. It did not appear to have been cleaned in days.

Store is closing and sales are at 20-40%. If you need cloth cut be prepared to stand in line 30 min or longer. Lots of frames, yarn and artificial flowers to sift thru. Patterns going fast. Just three sewing machines left to purchase. Good deals if you have the patience.

This Store at Melbourne was busy. The employees were attentive, as usual. It's a shame that fashion & hobbiests will suffer from the lost of a center for supplies & inspiration is being taken away from us. I am heart broken.

Not nearly enough staff. Half the items that are listed as in stock on the website are either not in stock or are impossible to find. The website/app need to list what aisle things are in OR they need to get way more people working. The staff they have working are doing the best they can with what they're dealing with but the whole store is just a messy shit show.

Apparently they don't do returns according to the cashier. Bought a portable sewing machine from them, it broke near instantly. That in itself isn't an issue. What is an issue is that it can't be returned or even exchanged. She just kept trying to shove the phone number of the manufacturer to me like they could possibly get my money back. I needed that portable machine today, not in however long shipping is.
