It's is great. The largest selection of yarn I have seen in any store in the last few years. They had really good sales too.

Awesome location! Very cool setting in a lifestyle center that is very similar to a downtown area. We visited from out of town and needed to stop for supplies. This location has plenty of supplies in stock including fabric and thread. We were also able to shop some of the new fall and Halloween designs.

Less than satisfactory experience here- Rude, Unhelpful, Unfriendly, displaying demeaning attitude at Williamsburg, VA JOANN FABRIC & CRAFTS by female sales associate at Cutting Table station! Discriminate whom to greet & whom to be helpful to! Wow!

When you are looking for yarn colors to blend together in your own unique pattern you make lots of trips to places and Too much guess work on the internet. JoAnn's, the internet, and Michael's and I found the colors. Time to get started again 🥰 One color is still missing from the photo and I am not using all these colors but they were in the pictures.

Lady today at the cash register would not give the sale prices ,she said they are different from on line .She is the manager.Cost me a extra 9.00 dollars .Very rude !upset customer
