JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Prices and selection are OK. The floors look like it hasn't been swept in months and I always wait in a long line to make my purchases. There is lots of fabric inventory but the overall look and feel here is tired. . If it weren't for my wife insisting on coming here, I probably wouldn't.

The store in Santa Rosa is so dirty, I doubt I will return. The lady cutting my fabric was very rude to me not to mention the gal at the register. The bolts of fabric were falling off the shelves and looked like they had'nt been straightened up in months. Its such a tragedy to see such a great store with so many great products be treated is such a horrible way. Please get more help and clean up this treasure. Corinne Holmes

Came to Joann Fabrics to find a sticker to glue onto a felt hat. Instead I ended up buying another fun hat that was on sale for a few bucks that fits my dog perfectly. I had a series of coupons I received in the mail which was nice to get a discount. Staff was helpful in finding things. Just wish there was a little more of a selection in stickers for my crafts.

My daughter loves all the stickers, the buttons, the markers, the pencils, the stuffed animals, everything.

Unbelievable dirty!! I have always loved Joanne's but this store made me cringe. I grabbed the essentials and left. Such a sad thing as I have spent so much time browsing and finding inspiration in other Joanne's stores. Not a place I will be returning if I can help it.
