I had the best time learning about my fragrence preferences. Now I am obsessed with the way I smell. I signed up for a complimentary scent for you and hand massage. Daniel was the most knowledgeable, attentive, and hospitable. I feel so fortunate to have had this experience and (un) fortunately addicted to Jo Malone frangrences now. I also got my friends customized candles.

I can’t recommend this location enough. First the cologne is top of the line and always smells amazing. The best thing about Jo Malone London, at West Valley mall is Brenda. It’s hardworking passionate people like her that make the world go round! Definitely will be returning when I run out. -Steve
