Customer service is lacking. No one on the floor to assist. The cashiers do not greet you either. There is no please or no thank you. I purchased a gift card and requested a gift receipt to include with card. They said they couldn't give me one, which was odd because most stores provide one to include with gift card. There were no envelopes in store for gift cards. But what was frustrating was the lack of assistance. My request was just met with a shrug. Not impressed

I have found some cool stuff from this store. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Can be sometimes hit or a miss depending on the stock. I like there are open still 9:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
