This Store is divine from the bottom up. The Sales people are super friendly and helpful. They love dogs and are always so Kind and thoughtful. The Merchandise is spectacular!

The older gentleman had horrible customer service. As I was trying to buy my items he is complaining to the lady next to him about a younger coworker who was "taking a long break" then says how the younger associate took so long waiting for the men's room he should have just used the women's and proceeded to go on and on about it. No hello, no thank you, no have a good day nothing. Should have saved that conversation for the break room. So unprofessional.

The store is awesome. However there was an older man ringing us up and he was coughing all over the place. He coughed directly into his hands and proceeded to touch everything we were purchasing. I should have said something and its my bad. Two days later my entire family has the flu and we haven't been sick in 4 years. My 6 year old got it the worst. Nasty virus. Shame on you sir. And shame on home goods for not sending him home. Disgusting and unprofessional.

Employees greet on entry to store, a sanitizer is taking care of the carts, very friendly staff all wearing masks. There are social distancing signage and traffic control markers on the floor everywhere, maybe even slightly too much, got a little confusing but definitely making the effort here so kudos. It was packed on my visit here on June 5th 1pm. Everything seemed pretty well stocked.
