I can't say enough about General Wax. I've been a customer of theirs for about 15 years and the Cust Service can NOT be touched by any other company. The product quality is definitely top notch. I've dealt with probably every Gen Wax Team member over the years and I can only thank them for all of their hard work the support that they so freely give to their customers. General wax supplies is absolutely amazing. Every single person is so helpful and so sweet. I literally run my entire business on The General Wax supply store. John, Gabby, Monstoe are the best employees.

The staff here is wonderful! They are welcoming and helpful (when approached with questions). I felt very comfortable shopping here, the store is very spacious. They have shopping carts (which totally encouraged me to fill it 'til I couldn't fit anymore in it)! They package everything with care for safe travel. I drove over an hour to visit this store and it was absolutely worth it. They have great quality products and beautiful vessels. (Update) John is absolutely amazing! 😃
