Five Below

Lufkin Store: “where the deals are hot” but not on sales floor for purchase! Not organized (like it use to be). New Management? Anyways, they Have Employees who “don’t work freight” will not go out of their way to pick the Customers pickup order because they have more than 15 pallets and Management called in. Took my Business elsewhere.

I love their shirts and socks and kitschy stuff although I do wish some of it were more well made; I bought a bluetooth speaker a few weeks ago that was broken when i opened it, and my pop socket broke after a week. The staff are great, very helpful. I stop in whenever I can!

Absolutely horrendous. I had about $200 worth of things and had to check myself out. The register wouldn’t take cash. I asked how long it would be before I had someone check me out and the lady told me tonight at 5:30pm at the Lufkin, TX store, that no one could check me out using cash. I left my buggy full of stuff and she didn’t even seem to care at all.

This place is awesome, it just took me a bit to realize that. Lots of great finds and fun things. The staff is very helpful. The ONLY complaint that I have is that it is EXTREMELY warm in there. That's all. If the store manager could find the thermostat and make it cooler, that would fix the whole problem.

Don’t try to visit their store right before they close they like to close earlier than posted hours. This has happened twice to me. Disappointing when you just need to grab one quick item and there excuse is they already closed the registers but yet customers are still in the store.
