I just had the worst shopping experience. I was looking for an LV purse and they had the one I wanted, but the lady cut me off and said that purse is $2K, and suggested a cheaper one instead. She insinuated that I couldn't afford it! Then, my husband went to find a new dress shirt, and the guy kept staring at us like we didn't belong. It was such an awkward experience. I'm never coming back to a store that judges based on skin color.

Kimberly of Dillard’s was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was exceptional from the moment I walked into the area she was working . She was really patient and helpful!! I love walking into businesses and being greeted with a smile!! She’s knowledgeable in the glasses and jewelry area!!

Mr. Timothy in the men's area has always been a HUGE help! My son is in big & tall sizes. Finding dress clothes in his size is next to impossible. I just walked in and gave Mr. Timothy a list of three things I need. He helped me find each item quickly and efficiently. It was a huge load off of my shoulders!
