Blain's Farm & Fleet - Traverse City, Michigan

I love this store! Yesterday was my first visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The product selection is excellent. Regular prices are competitive, and many items were on sale. I will definitely return.

First time in store. Every person that we came into contact with was the most courteous I have ever met in a retail store. We made a sizable purchase. Even as we walked out the person that was moving carts came forward and wished us a wonderful day. All of the employees need to be congratulated for their performance.

This is a great store. My first time here and it was like 3 of my hometown stores in one. Everyone was also very nice and friendly. Great customer service here.

This was my favorite store. Lately it is hard to give them any stars. I called them to verify a zero turn lawn mower, told 2 in store. Arrival at store no zero turn in stock. I tried to keep them as a favorite. Told pressure washer there , drove over to TC to find they don't have it. Finding they can not be honest with customers, Ended up buying the same pressure washer in Kalkaska and it was 100.00 cheaper. Thanks Traverse City Blains for telling us you don't want us as a costumer.
