LOVE THIS STORE!!!! I cannot say anything bad here. The employees are so helpful and twice, I had a problem with my app so the lovely ladies took their time and helped me. It's a good place when you're looking for a specific scent and they know where exactly where it is. Now I go in once a month and grab 2-3 candles and 1-2 body lotions. Next month I'll be adding body wash to my list.

Love the semi annual sale. Saved 75% and even my husband and son got something from the sale. Cashiers were friendly and quick. help could improve on the floor as I was looking for a specific scent and I feel as they work there they should have a better idea of what is in stock. Thankfully I was able to find the scent myself without help.

They are always very friendly and helpful! One of my very favorite stores! Their products are wonderful!

AMAZING customer service! I absolutely love this location! Was immediately greeted by Alex and asked if he could help me. Told me sales and I can ask for help if I need. The gal at the counter (wish I had remembered to look at her name badge), she was amazingly patient with me trying to set up my email stuff! Will be back soon!

I wasn't sure if I was able to get my free gift at this store being that it's an outlet store. I'm glad I brought my free gift coupon because they did honor it. The store looked just like any of the other bath and body store. The employees were nice and helpful as well.
