Bath & Body Works

This is my least favorite location on this not went because I was in the area. The staff at the other stores are very welcoming and the atmosphere is upbeat making it an enjoyable shopping experience. I get this is a smaller store and they don’t have as much inventory but it’s dark and the staff does nothing to make it the experience the other stores do. I came to exchange some items and they made me feel like I was doing something sketchy.

Staff is rude at this location. They won't help you locate items that the website clearly states they have at that location. They just tell you they don't have it before they hear what you are asking for, but, if you open the drawer underneath the display where it is supposed to be, wallah, it's there! But, you are in the wrong for opening the drawer. Do your damn job!!

This is the worst location I ever been to. I purchased 6 candles and I only received two small bags. I explained to them the last time I was here my bag ripped because they put too much items in one bag. It’s crazy that they rather lose a loyal customer.I highly don’t recommend this location.

They are fully stocked on all products! Big selection and awesome customer service. Huge sale thru October!

Team member working the floor today was super nice! I wish I caught her name. I checked out with Brandy today and she is phenomenal! As a customer service worker, I really appreciate when I receive good customer service as a consumer. Definitely making this my home store.
