Terrible customer service. Hours are clearly shown as opening at 9am. Doors still closed at 9:30 with customers waiting outside. One knocked on window to ask the employee inside what time they will open. The employee said she didn’t know when they would open. 4 days before Christmas and they can’t get their act together. I’ll never come back here. South Shore Plaza location in Braintree.

Always super fun to go and smell all the perfumes, soaps, and candles. They also have lipglosses and chapsticks now that you can try as well.

Cashiers do not understand how to do their jobs or even bother to care. Signs everywhere pointing to buy 3 get 1 free but register didn't pick it up. Cashiers didn't honor sale or send anyone to confirm after being pointed out. Had two greeters who repeated customer service dialogues like they were robots without personalities. Last time I will be shopping there.
