The store was closing in 15 minutes and I was not allowed entry. I told the associate that I knew exactly what I was looking for, she then hesitated and said “we don’t have anymore”, despite me being able to see the item from where I was standing. I understand that stores have a closing time; however, perhaps the hours should be updated to reflect a 5:45 closing time instead of 6pm.

We went to B&BW after a Medieval Times show. The store closed at 9 pm. I walked over at 8:55pm and had 2 or 3 things to quickly grab. The lady at the front stopped me and said, "Ma'am, we are closed." I said, don't you close at 9? She said yes, but there is a line and rolled her eyes. I only wish that I had her name.

They didn't have the exact cologne that my daughter wanted so Sydney went out of her way to find the notes on the one I wanted and found one that was most similar. She was extremely helpful and sweet.

It was fine—not a bad experience, but nothing spectacular either. I did notice that their Black Friday prices are much higher than last year.

I was given a candle as a gift and went in this location to exchange for a different scent. The initial teller assisting wasn’t knowledgable about her job, the second teller tried to deter me from exchanging the candle, and the manager refused to complete the transaction because I did not have my id on me. It is a candle not a designer bag. Ridiculous customer service! I won’t return to this store again but I will be going back to get their names and make a formal complaint.
