Art of Glass Smoke Shop

Art of Glass Smoke Shop has a nice sized humidor with good selection. The $5 day pass for the cigar lounge provides a great place to enjoy a stick especially during the colder months. The ventilation is really good.

Brought a $150 piece off the recommendation of one of their sellers and it's terrible. Instead of offering me store credit the same person who recommended the device told me I can't get a refund. They upcharge their glass and rig prices so they can "Discount" it for consumers. At this point they're so unreliable and don't have the things I want I'll just go to the source. Thanks for acting like puffco and Monopolizing the glass in Buffalo to greedy gatekeeping ends!

Was helped by Kristina. She was amazing and knew exactly what I needed. I met her at the barbershop and she recommended this place. She was right. It had everything. I will definitely be returning.

I was a regular here for some time, but no longer. I purchase a specific product for chronic pain management, a product that ONLY Art of Glass carries. They run out of it every 2 weeks or so, and can’t seem to figure out how to properly manage inventory. I was hoping they would resolve the issue after some time, but clearly this isn’t the case as this has been a problem for many months now. Unprofessional business.

This place is amazing. The friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable people you'll ever meet. The selection is insane, in a good way. Heck, one section feels almost like a museum. The variety of products is massive. There's nothing they don't have, whether for vaping/smoking nicotine or other things ;-) you'll really like this place.
