Ampersand Shops

Came in here to buy a Christmas gift but I won’t be back. Staff (a bunch of old women) were WEIRD, really rude, and act like you’re inconveniencing them. Was also followed around the store as if I was stealing. I was buying a diffuser and asked to buy a second set of sticks and they wouldn’t let me?? Just kept saying “no.” Do you want business or not? Beware of this store

I love the store and have been a long time customer. However, every time I am in the store I get followed around by staff. The employees and owner are so rude and unkind. I’m sorry to say, I will no longer be shopping here. I’ve had enough, and will take my business elsewhere.

There is a brand of candles that I come here for specifically and while the store is lovely, well maintained with good selection and decent prices the staff throws me off every time. Stand offish, awkward, and behave as though im going to steal everything thats not nailed down if they blink for even a moment. Its so stressful and embarassing that I find myself skipping the store when I come to Galleria. Its a pity, I would love to be a repeat customer.
