Walgreens

The pharmacists here are the laziest bunch of people I’ve ever seen at a Walgreens. They are a disgrace to their profession and Walgreens executives should really listen to the phone calls that these pharmacist take so that appropriate actions to mitigate their lack of empathy and compassion for the people they serve can take place.

Monday 5/13/24. The pharmacy opened late. No apology from Deanna M. Was curt & acted like she was doing me a favor. Need better management. Maybe I will try another pharmacy. Send Deanna for classes on how to deal with customers.

What is the point of having an appt time, if you have to wait and hour + to be seen?? The reason? "Well we have several people in line, we are taking then as the walk in." Okay, but the point of an appointment is you schedule that specific time. So they take priority over the walk ins, shouldn't they??? Not to mention the lady at the front desk at the pharmacy being super rude.
