The Container Store

I don't know where I have been but this was my first time shopping at the Container Store and I was pleasantly surprised! There was a good selection of items to choose from but the reason I will always be a customer was the superior customer service. The people who work here care and it is easy to see. Big shout out to the staff at Penn in OKC!!! I'll be BAAAACCCK🙂

So disappointed in the container store yesterday. The store was so cluttered you couldn't walk thru the isles, the inventory was all over the floor, and staff working on new displays (photos included). I love their items, (a little pricey) but you don't open until 10, can some of the stocking be done during closed hours.

I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who not only loves their job but is as talented at it as Justin. He’s helped organize every nook and cranny of my home with the utmost dedication and professionalism. Five stars doesn’t really reflect all his hard work, but it’s the highest I can give!! :)

Truckers, you’ll be on detention time if you deliver here. Dockworkers get paid three hours to unload half of a trailer. they tell you they try to get done in your two hours limit, but in reality they are going to take three because they know they get three.

The customer service was exceptional. We had a specific need and was able to test different containers. The sales person was so very helpful!
