Target Introduce

Hello, residents of Seattle and the surrounding areas! Your local Target store is located at 2800 SW Barton St, Seattle, WA 98126, USA. You can contact them at (206) 932-1153 or +1 206-932-1153. Target is a well-known department store chain offering a wide variety of products, including home goods, clothing, electronics, groceries, and more. For those of you looking for "Candles Near Me," Target typically has a home goods section that often includes a selection of candles, such as scented jar candles, pillar candles, and other decorative or functional types.

Target aims to be a one-stop shop for many household needs, and their home fragrance section usually caters to customers looking to purchase candles for various purposes, whether for ambiance, decoration, or scent. Therefore, if you are in the Seattle area and searching for "Candles Near Me," the Target at 2800 SW Barton St is a potential local option to explore.

However, recent customer reviews provide a mixed perspective on the shopping experience at this particular Seattle location. One customer mentioned enjoying browsing at Target generally but found it difficult to shop due to many items being locked up. They reported that the help buttons did not work, and no assistance arrived after being called. This customer recounted waiting for 15 minutes for a bottle of shaving gel. On their way out, they observed several employees socializing, which added to their frustration. While acknowledging the potential issue of high theft as a reason for locked items, this reviewer felt that the current model was not effective. They did note that the store was otherwise clean and relatively organized.

Another review presented a more critical view of the store. This customer described the home goods section as a "complete mess," with items misplaced, making it difficult to determine the correct prices, especially for items not in their designated aisles. They also characterized the staff as "rude" and unwilling to help. Furthermore, this reviewer claimed to have witnessed people stealing, with the security team seemingly inactive. They also reported frequent out-of-stock situations across various items and issues with locked cases that no one appeared to have the keys for. This customer expressed a negative opinion of the management, suggesting they were not effectively running the store.

Considering the "Candles Near Me" aspect in light of these reviews, if the candles are located within the home goods section, customers might encounter the disorganization described, potentially making it harder to find the desired products or their correct prices. Additionally, if candles are among the items frequently out of stock or locked in cases without readily available staff to assist, the experience of purchasing them could be frustrating.

The environment of the store, according to one review, is "clean and relatively organized" overall, despite the specific issues in the home goods section mentioned by the other reviewer. This suggests that while some areas of the store might be problematic, others might be better maintained. The discrepancy in these descriptions highlights the potential for varied experiences depending on the specific department and the time of the visit.

In terms of services, one review indicates a lack of readily available and helpful staff, especially when assistance is needed for locked items. The other review, while not explicitly mentioning service beyond rudeness and lack of help, corroborates a negative perception of staff availability and effectiveness. Standard services at a Target store typically include checkout lanes, customer service, and potentially order pickup, but these reviews focus more on the in-aisle assistance and security presence.

Promotional information for this specific Seattle Target isn't provided in the reviews. However, Target as a chain regularly offers sales through their weekly ads, the Target Circle program, and clearance sections within the store. If you are considering purchasing candles or other items from this location, it would be advisable to check the Target app or their website for any current promotions that might be applicable.

In conclusion, the Target store at 2800 SW Barton St in Seattle, WA, appears to present a mixed shopping experience based on recent customer feedback. While one reviewer found the store generally clean and appreciated the browsing experience (apart from the locked items), another described significant issues with the home goods section's organization, staff rudeness, security inaction, and frequent stock and access problems. For local users searching for "Candles Near Me," Target typically stocks candles, but the overall experience of finding and purchasing them at this particular location might be affected by the issues raised in these reviews, particularly regarding store organization and staff availability. It would be prudent for local shoppers to be aware of these potential challenges when visiting this store.

I love going to a Target and just browsing around, but it's hard to shop when everything is locked up and none of the help buttons work/no one comes when called. I waited 15 minutes for a bottle of shaving gel and on my way out saw a bunch of employees just standing around socializing which makes it even more frustrating. I get it if you've had high theft but this model isn't working. Otherwise the store is clean and relatively organized.

Home goods section is a complete mess. Items in wrong spots all over. Hard to figure out correct price on items that aren't even in the right isle. Rude staff that doesn't have time to help. People stealing, security team just standing there doing nothing. Out of stock on all sorts of items every time I go in there. Lots of items locked in cases but no one seems to have the keys to open them. Don't know what management is doing but they clearly aren't running their store.

Their online ordering and pick up in person system is the worst I have ever experienced, but i'm too dumb to realize that it happens every time yet I keep doing it. Unreliable, chaotic, super slow, unexpected out of stocks. Sale price is not being honored. You name it, just steaming hot garbage of a retail experience
