The manager Target needs someone to manage her. Absolutely no customer service raised her voice at me very rude. Had a item that I didn’t have a receipt for she didn’t return it try to look up my receipt. I ended up calling customer service to look up the receipt.

During my last diaper run to the Florence Target, I asked about the empty cart sanitizer wipes, and I was not treated well. January 2025, Target chose to cancel their DEI program. Target does not value diversity, Equality, nor inclusion, and that is unacceptable. Unwelcoming environment to shop in. No thank you.
