Got 25 ppl in line trying to check out or return stuff and have one poor young lady working the registers. Jewelry woman says she can’t check anyone out there. I saw at least 3 ppl putting stuff out on the floors. Why aren’t they helping check ppl out?? Unacceptable. This is my first time shopping here in many many months and this is why!!

Love the store but the check out line today was over 1 1/2 hours long. Only had 2 checkers and one of them was dealing with a $3000 purchase. Several people walked out. We would have also, but some wonderful ladies in front of us, let us go in front of them. We needed to be somewhere by 4. We promised to pay it forward for someone else. Like I said, I love the store just not the long wait. Gave it a 5 because it really is the best.

NO BOY SECTION. there is no boy section. Just 1 rack with sweats. The selection is so small they do not even have a sign for the section. My son revived a gift card for TJ Maxx that he will not be able to use.

Had previously purchased 2 massive bunny planters from Facebook marketplace. Needed things to fill these planters with. What did I do??? Go to Homegoods. Purchased these 2 extra large cloth bunnies from there. They fit perfectly. Also needed something to line planters with. Found 2 of these oblong cloth tablecloths from the designer Nichole Miller. It has amazing design!!!! Whenever I am on a designer mission, I know that Homegoods will come through

Never have enough cashiers! Have had to leave my items while standing in line multiple times now. Multiple workers in the store but they said they cannot ring people up! This model does not work!!!
