I recently had my 680 sq. ft., 40+ year old deck replaced. From Day 1, Evan was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. After he visited my house, I received my estimate promptly. Once my project was started, everything went smoothly. If I had a question, Evan was quick to call, text, or email me right away. I am so pleased with my deck; I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Sutherlands and Evan!

We stood and waited for 20 minutes for some they called the guy said he would be there in a few and showed after went ask assistant manager if there was anybody else to help and they said sorry no it’s just him so we walked out won’t go back

Went today to purchase 3/10x10x6 dog pen spoke with manager Paul who pass me over to a salesman who showed me the pens then left me and my wife in their storage yard in back of store and went to lunch without saying a word after about 20 minutes I approached Paul the manager about our experience and he was like 🤷🏽‍♂️ what you want from me I’ve shopped at this store for many of years but never again , lowes and home depot here I come

Let me just say I’m absolutely impressed with the job that Sutherlands did on my new roof! A huge shout out to Evan Jones for working with me and producing above and beyond expectations! If I ever need anything you can bet he will be the one I call upon!

We asked for help in the fencing area and we're left waiting for 45 minutes. We found what we needed ourselves. But then we got help from Josh looking for other odds and ends and he solved a problem for us. Top notch service from him.
