One of the workers had an attitude and took a long time to fill up the balloons. I'm not sure if they were new or just inexperienced, but the customer service was lacking. Also, consider restocking your supplies—why are so many items sold out?

I was at your store yesterday & you were out of 5 out of 6 selections that I had wanted, and it was frustrating! I finally picked 5 balloons & 3 of them are already deflated & half way low to the ground! I want my money back! So embarrassing.

Yall should be ashamed of yourselves...discriminating against a gay homeless young man who is trying to better his life all because he's gay and needs to use the restroom...and threatening him with lawyers etc...shame on you. I hope you guys get your location closed. Best believe People are going to hear about this .

Nice selection of stuff but bad operation and management. There were bunch of teenager like staff just being busy chatting with one another and ignoring customers needing help.
