I wanted to take the time to share how helpful and patient Shyra was with me in helping me to frame my mom’s art class photos. I understand that this was something that a normal person should be capable of doing on their own but I was so afraid to mess them up. Shyra took her time and did not them all for me and didn’t make me feel like a moron lol. I am so appreciative for your help and she was delighted by the surprise! Thank you again 🩷

I could not find the site to do a survey for the store, so I decided to do it here. Audrey and Arielle provided amazing customer service my last visit and are always a pleasure to see when I go to purchase an item from this store. I live out in Hazel Dell area and drive out of my way passing several of there competitors just to receive the great customer service that I receive from the two. I will always be a customer! Michaels has so many different products. They've been a lifesaver when I'm racking my brain trying to find an usually product or solution. They have an extensive range of paint, fabric, bead making supplies, ect. The staff are patient and helpful with my out of box questions. I hope they never go away. They have ample parking.
