I was the 4th person in line waiting to check out. There was 1 lady checking people out, and the other 4 registers were self-serve and credit cards only. She kept saying there are 4 registers open. I told her that after about 20 minutes, when I finally made it to the register, they needed to make at least 1 self-serve for cash paying customers! Especially when it is 3 weeks before Christmas.

My wife and I have always loved this store. We came today to look around and found that there one mobility scooter was broken. Which for me basically ended my trip with my wife. If there is anyway, you could possibly get it serviced soon my wife and I would appreciate it. We miss the times that we had to do together. Thank you and thank you for being the only mobility scooter in the complex there.

Ordered online for Christmas. My package never arrived. I spent almost 2 weeks talking to different customer service reps to try and resolve the issue and none of them would helped me. I just kept getting the run around. Do not order from them because if there is any issue in receiving your package they will not care.
