What a horrible establishment with horrendous customer service. I entered the store with a picture and name of exactly what I wanted from their website. One woman was working diligently as a cashier. The other was walking around aimlessly with her cart. When I asked for support all she could give me was an aisle number she refused to provide any additional help. This was not a language barrier. She spoke perfect English. A lazy issue nothing more

The staff are not very friendly, or helpful. They have the wackiest special offers where they Jack up the price, then offer you a buy one, get one at the half-pricel offer, which makes no sense!!. Just lower the prices. Art supplies for oil paints are severely lacking inventory, and variety.

Went in. Got what I needed. Paid. And walked out. What ever happened to those digital coupons? They used to let you use a 50 or 40 percent coupon on 1 item. I couldn't find it on their site.
