Great products and the staff is friendly. However I was hired on the 11/26 and I called back on the 1st 2nd and 3rd only to be told that they were waiting on my background check. It's the 16th with no answer so I called back today. Apparently the team had be "trying to contact me for weeks" but I have no missed calls, no texts or emails and absolutely no job now since it was going to be a seasonal position. I'm extremely disappointed in how this store is run.

Nice seasonal quality stuff

My pick-up order was ready but not in the expected location due to the size. When I asked for assistance, the employee who seemed to be a manager was abrupt and rather rude, not what one would expect from management. I'm sorry if she's having a bad day, but I didn't cause it, so it shouldn't be taken out on me.

Best craft store ever!!! I am furniture painter artist and most of my work is created with Michael's materials. I have a Michael's Craft Store at 4 miles from my house. Fan #1!!🎨

Sooo much good stuff but they need about 20 more employees to get the product off the floor! Still, worth your time!
