Used to love this store, especially during the holidays. No customer service - poorly trained - no sense of pride that this store is a place of magic, where creativity blossoms, if the spark is there when customers purchase craft and hobby items, sometimes nervously, always dreaming of amazing completed projects. Sad. Will purchase online in the future - or elsewhere.

It can be really expensive but I was able to find some really REALLY cute items such as a tiny little cup for my baby, and some awesome earrings for Christmas! Lots of unique esthetic Christmas decor! My biggest complaint is that it primarily self check out now.. they have 1 regular cash register and the rest is self check out.

this is a really nice store. I’ve been to many throughout the country and this is what you would probably come to expect. The store is neatly organized, it’s clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. On the few encounters that I’ve had with staff I have found that they are knowledgeable with the product offerings. I think we can all agree there’s nothing worse than going to a specialty store where everybody that works there doesn’t know anything about it. I.e. Home Depot…

Go see Hannah in the custom framing department! You will not be disappointed. Her recommendations (which became the final product) were spot on. A tad pricy, but I definitely got what I paid for!

Anytime I need paper crafting items, I go here. I am preparing for my daughter's mermaid bday party and making cupcake toppers with the paper and my Cricut. They are open on Sundays, and the store is open in the evenings when I am able to shop. This year's Easter decor has a lot of light-up elements that make me very ecstatic!
