I was in this Michael’s store this week and as was leaving the store I noticed that my 1 ct diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring. I informed the staff at the cash register and next thing I knew, it seemed like the entire staff was looking for it. Unbelievably they found it on the floor!! I am so grateful to all of them for being caring people and employees. Tracey was especially helpful! Thanks again to all of you!

Samara & Maddie (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong!) were SO helpful with our return that was not cooperating in the system. They didn’t make us feel bad for holding up the line. They were very pleasant and accommodating! I couldn’t be more thankful for their help! This team is amazing!!

Due to customer service today the chic on the register closest by the door 20Nov.2021 at 2:23pm was unknowledgeable and so focused on hustling people out of the door. So much so that she informed me with incorrect information and I had to help her with her information. She is a bad fit for this location and company. The store in a whole is well stocked and semi clean.

Cashier saw us coming grabs her phone and starts talking to someone. Sorta rudely she states I'm on the phone give me a minute. Then we stand there, she proceeds to say there's a self check out. Funny at that point her conversation now done on the phone. Just in time for us to start checking ourself out. So she just stood there playing in her phone. Customer service at this store needs help
