Michaels

Employees are super nice and helpful. I don't go to Michael's very often because I find them to be more expensive than HL and JC, but they were the only ones who had what I was looking for. The store layout seems to be similar to other stores I had been in so that made it easier to find things. The store was clean and well stocked, and again - the employees were all so nice and helpful. We had a great experience here and will be back again now that JC is closing.

This review isn’t for the store, but rather for employee Chayil. Its a busy time for retailers this time of year, and she was a breath of fresh air. I came early to pick up my online order, and she was so pleasant about it. Very helpful, and even when she was helping me out, she still continued to greet customers and say good bye and thank them as they were leaving. This is so rare these days- she definitely deserves recognition. If she isn’t in management, she definitely should be.

Employees were super nice and helpful. I got exactly what I needed, and they did an excellent job with my balloons.

Large selection of craft supplies. They have even added fabric (finally!). The workers are very friendly and helpful, but they're aren't quite enough of them.
