The customer service at the Modesto store is truly the best. The associates are willing to go above and beyond which is refreshing these days. Patricia was so helpful and so kind. She took the time to be sure my coupons were still usable. Love the customer service

Decent prices, lots of stuff but the shoe lady clearly didn't want to do anything and told me the display shoe didn't have a matching one. It was the only one in my size, and I'm pretty sure they don't ship single shoes...

Went in to drop off an Amazon return and ended up shopping in their new Sephora department. Girls there were helpful and they have many brands of makeup to choose from!

Clean, lines still short, online pick up is a hassle to share with Amazon Point people....but, for 1 week before black friday....they look full, replenished and fully staffed. Even their floor associates still have smiles. For now. My son wants these. ;-)

Kohls Modesto staff are really friendly. I was greeted when I walked into the store. Annamarie was helpful at check out and the staff at Sephora helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
