Kohl's

During my visit, my friend and I were greeted at the door by a lovely lady with braids, who provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the cashier we encountered at the register did not match this level of service, and it seemed like she was only being somewhat friendly because a supervisor or manager was present. Regardless of who is watching, excellent customer service should always be provided. On a positive note, I was able to save a significant amount of money.

Prices too high, but costumer service was outstanding!! Dione Patrick was my costumer service representative and she was AWESOME! She made sure I, as a Kohl’s member, received every discount Kohl’s members are afforded. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. She should be the face of the company’s training program. Thank you Dione and thank you Kohl’s!

While I enjoy shopping here I did not like the way one of the employees was talking to another. If I remember correctly the rude ones name was Sharon. She was berating one of the employees for using a cart to put items back out on the floor. Another time I saw her being very rude to a male customer.

They treat employees horribly. Just from what I've seen while there. They try stealing their employees time and bs them when they get called out on it. This location is a joke. Hope corporate deals with you people. The only reason this location stays open is because of the Amazon return center inside of it. And no I'm not nor have I ever been an employee. I'd never work for them after seeing how they treat people.

You know what's the best thing about shopping? It's not just about buying stuff or going to any old store. No, no, no. The real magic lies in the exceptional customer service, my salesperson, Emily. She is an absolute gem who goes above and beyond to make sure I have the most amazing shopping experience possible. Her customer service skills are out of this world, and I couldn't be happier.
