Nice large, clean, well stocked store. Coupons are either only good online or exclude what you want to buy. Employees are ok on friendliness, but return policies are ridiculous- so much for no hassle returns, wait for the $25.00 restocking fee!

During the Holidays 🎄🎅🤶🏻they really need more help cutting fabric and more then just one cashier working ! Always a long line in both areas. I don’t have a hour to wait. 🙁 They are stocked up really good . Just wish it was faster to check out !

If you want to sell your remaining inventory, you should hire temporary cashiers and fabric cutters. The lines are absurd and not worth waiting. I would have purchased more, but a 2 hour wait was enough

This Joann's is located in Idaho Falls Idaho. It's a nice location filled with crafts. If you enjoy knitting, woodworking, and any other types of crafting you'll love this place. There were not many works so I didn't find much help but it was a clean store filled with a lot of great stuff. I also couldn't find the notebooks which was disappointing.

The established employees are often surly. The store is dingy. Terrible in stock position. The order for pickup "service" left us hanging, thinking that we had solved a need only to find out two days later that what they said would be ready for us wasn't able to be supplied. I'm giving two stars only because the employee at the cash register provided pleasant customer service.
