JOANN Fabric and Crafts

The store is a complete disaster, the people working in the store are nice but are always walking around just saying what needs to be done, while nothing gets done. The inventory is horrible and always out of stock or you have to dig though boxes that haven't been unpacked. Don't waist your time here and just go to the Destin store.

I purchased fabric from here and unfortunately had a really bad experience with Sarah who cut my fabric today. She took every opportunity to be mean and give me a hard time, even though I treated her with kindness. She refused to cut off the uneven edge of fabric to line it up, saying that it would mean her having to 'discontinue' it. Usually the fabric counter is very kind and does not mind lining up fabric but Sarah was very cruel and I don't think i'll be back.

This store is a hot mess. More often than not, shelves are bare. If there is inventory stocked, it’s disorganized and messy. Twice I’ve had an employee complain to me while checking me out that she was supposed to be on brea. Overall, it’s not worth shopping here. Very disappointing!

The only reason it isn't 5 star is because it's very empty. Was nice that everything was discounted though.

Semi organized throughout the store. (Mostly the fabric section)The store is a bit small for all the items that they have in there. Overall the staff was friendly but seemed to be short staff. The clearance section is still a bit high.
