Belk

Me and my husband walked around the store for a whole hour and not one time did a customer service representative ask if we needed help . They were all gathered up at the counter gossiping about other customers. It was sickening. I finally had to call the manager and complained which was the ONLY decent respectful person working.

I love Belks. I have been a customer 45 or more years. Now I am handicapped. They do not have electric carts so my shopping is online only. They need to address this.

I love going to Belks, I always am checked out by Lowry and she is outstanding. No matter what day I go in there, she is always there which makes me happy and she is so pleasant. She has great customer service and always gives key dates on sales that are coming up. She is absolutely wonderful and keeps me coming back.

Omg… it makes no sense how packed this store was with two registers open and standing in line for hours. They need help.. last time going there.

👉 I need to give a big shout out to Ms. Shelia. If you're in the back shopping for mens... look around for a black woman named Shelia. She's been there forever and knows the place like the back of her hand. Very talkative and a for sure asset to Belk in Thomasville, GA I prefer this location over Tallahassee. Waaaay more to choose from at this location. If you like Columbia menswear... this store is VERY well stocked. Same with Izod.
