Bath and body works has gone hill. Not even polite any longer. I.placed on order on Dec 6th. Says it was shipped on the 17th. Still don't have it. I was 3 presents short . Had to go out Christmas eve and replace them. It won't be long before this second class co goes under like so many others. Avoid them

You get a smell you really like and its no longer made. Kinda frustrating. Friendly, helpful, always smiling Salesforce at this location.

Always an addicting place that I cannot leave empty handed. The employees are always sweet and helpful. If you're a candle lover I highly recommend the aromatherapy ones specifically eucalyptus ones, I also love their vanilla bean candle🥰 I love almost everything there don't get me started! The aromatherapy sleeping room spray smells like bubble bath and heaven.

Consistently good service here. Maybe the one star reviewers experienced a bad day, but I come here every two weeks when I'm in the area just to shop and see the new products. If you buy things during their sales it's such a good deal, plus their rewards program is awesome!! The people who work here are very nice and helpful.

What a wonderful shop! This is one of the fuller stores with almost the entire line of Bath & BW products. Sophia greeted us and was an amazing help with my 5 year old who was choosing her birthday lotion. Her welcoming spirit and fun personality made us want to spend ourselves into oblivion. Definitely recommend checking your online account for sales and rewards before purchasing. Their sales are the best especially before Mother's Day. Will def make this our go-to gift shop.
