The best place to get scented candles, car fresheners, and hand soaps. I always stop in and see what they have new at the West Town mall location! The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is amazing! It's my favorite place to shop at! 110 A+

I love Bath and Body Works, but my last experience was awful. The cashier was trying to charge me $12 to exchange one currently stocked fragrance mist for a different one. THEN. I had ordered a candle holder online for pickup. I didn't look at it until I got home. It's clearly lopsided (not to even mention the color difference) and shouldn't have been sold. I guess I'll go back to shipping only.

Employees looked stressed, over worked, not very helpful and the store lacked so much.. I've been to busier locations and the store looked more presentable and kinder employees... Lessened learned... I've worked retail for many years in Pigeon Forge and these employees isn't it

Very friendly workers and was very helpful and took the time out to show me all the new scents out and even showed me some of her favorites that she recommended. Was very well stocked and the store was very clean to be as busy as they was.
