Spent a $140, and an item wasn't working because the batteries were dead. I simply asked to have it tested if it works and manager made an issue we can test it but half to take the batteries back. Sorry you couldn't spare your $1 store batteries for the good of the customer. Go to willow Grove store instead, they are much more human friendly!!!

this store is great, the workers are respectful and they don't mind if you walk in 1 minute till close they will greet you with a smile on their face

Here is just some of my Bath&Body works collection of products. I love their body cream the best. I use it everyday and it keeps my skin soft and smelling great. I even tried one of the mens Fragrance called Stone and I absolutely love the way that one smells on me. Sometimes I like more of a masculine smell. If you do too that’s the one to go with or get it for your significant other. I plan on going back to get their new spring line. Hope You enjoy their products as much as I do!!

Ordered online. Was given this location to pick up. Store switched new one for floor model (that didn’t work)on me and gave it to me without a box because “it doesn't come with one”. I called another location and they assured me that it certainly does come in a box but some locations have employees sell boxes to collectors and then sell to real customers without the packaging. Took it back and demanded a refund. Do not shop here - employees are thieves!!
