Maddox who works in cafe is an excellent employee. He was professional, friendly, and diligent in his work! Made my friend and I the Best drinks, pleasant demeanor and he cleans when not waiting on customers. He made our experience so nice I will definitely visit this cafe again (even though I prefer to make my own and not buy drinks while out haha..this experience definitely made it worth it)

A clean, organized and inviting branch. It has a nice kids section, a Starbucks coffee area, and many items in addition to books. Service is always pleasant and parking is abundant

We had a great time and can't wait to go back next week! It is absolutely delightful, and my child loves being able to read everything! Thanks for providing this! They are also doing a reading program to award our children for reading, which is really awesome, and anyone can join for free and read books for free at the store! It's brilliant really and great for our children!

I am very unhappy with the service my teenager and I received today. We went to the service desk asking for the location of a book series. The woman said you don’t have it without even looking it up. The guy looked it up, told us it can be ordered on the website, and walked away. He went onto talk to the lady and do his tasks. He didn’t even offer to order it for us. Sorry you lost out on a multi book series sale!! I’m even your member and will consider not purchasing going forward.

I shop a niche genre/category and even though it's a smaller section compared to others, it had every book except one on the shelf that I was interested in. Pretty impressive.
