The Home Depot

We ordered a refrigerator from them and they took 4 months for them to deliver it. The installation fee was paid and when they arrived they were not going to install it. After they did install it, it was dripping and flooded the floor. We had to pull it out and fix it. The back of the fridge was dented on arrival. The front of fridge water dispenser drips nonstop. Do not get anything from this store unless you are in the store because you will not have it delivered on time.

The only reason I'm giving a 3 is because of the wonderful lady Sandy at the customer service desk. Sandy was wonderful and fixed everything for us with a smile on her face. She was funny and just a delight. But if I had to rate the store from the transaction with Becky I would give it a negative 10. Becky was rude, wouldn't let us do our pro account because she had already started ringing things up. She was nasty, had a scowl on her face and actually yelled at us. Becky needs a new job.
