Michaels

I'm completely done with Michael's. I have been a customer for a very long time and today was the last time I will EVER purchase from them. They changed their inventory from actual tools and supplies needed for crafting to a bunch a cheap half-made-for-you trending bullshit. In addition to that, the customer service is a joke and the one and only employee in there today was about 16 years old, rude, and unhelpful.

Great place to go for all your craft supplies. And they have something for everyone no matter your age or gender I'm certain you can find something that will spark your creativity. I was buying bracelets online for $30 to $50 dollars and my wife had the idea to go here and find supplies to make them herself for a fraction of the price. And I think they are turning out great!!!

Went in here for a doordash, and then I went to ask a staff member (named Tammy) where the restroom was located. Before I could even get the words "excuse me" out, she shoved her hand in my face and shushed me? That was very rude and unprofessional. I ended up asking another staff member who was much nicer. Will not be returning any time soon unless NEEDED.

This is the arts and crafts store Michaels. It is a great arts and crafts store. I usually go to it for supplies for my creations. I redid the felt on my card table with supplies from here. It came out very nicely. I came here for stuffing for a pillow I got on Amazon that came without stuffing. Mission accomplished.

My wife and I love this place.. Every time we go, we always end up with more than one bag!! If you're ever in the Lancaster area, be sure to stop by Michael's. Staff is great and very helpful 👍
