Terrible customer service!! They sold me a final sale items and never bothered to let me know. Buyer beware if you purchase sale or seasonal items it’s considered final sale. The item I purchased was a gift for my daughter. It didn’t fit but we couldn’t return it or get a store credit. I was a loyal customer but not anymore.

Poor customer service, VERY RUDE VERY disrespectful. Christmas display is awful and not well put together, staff is not well trained on how to handle Christmas at hallmark. As a prior hallmark employee and long time hallmark customer. DO BETTER ….i shouldn’t have to organize YOUR ornaments to find the one I want.

I want to share my experience at this location with a supervisor by the name of Luana. Horrible customer service, I had the opportunity to witness how she speaks to her employees and I do have to say it’s a miracle she has employees who show up. As a supervisor you should learn to treat your employees with dignity and respect. As a supervisor in sales you should learn how to provide quality service.

Just picked up the new Hallmark death Star in white. The young lady who was the associate was extremely helpful in assisting with my purchase as well as explaining about the wish list and items which will become available as Christmas time approaches. It is always wonderful to deal with such knowledgeable sales associates who also are very personable. This was my fourth time shopping at this location in the last 6 months, and each time I had a very pleasant experience.
