I had the best experience at this store and was truly treated like a family member during their friends and family event by Manager Ms Stephanie, Ms Kelly, and Mr David. Love this store but the impeccable customer service made my experience even better!! Thank you!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I bought two shelves and the cashier tried to pull them to my truck and helped me to load, though it was hot outside.The store always smells like a heavenly garden of flowers. Kirland product is always on top of quality and reasonable prices. Will come back for some stuff.

My sister and I enjoy going to Kirkland's. They have many cute items to choose from. They have the cutest Easter items. I bought a very pretty Easter plaque. We plan to go back to buy other Easter items.

Placed online order to be shipped to store, recieved notification on the 2nd that it was ready to be picked up, was told today when I went to get order that it had been returned and in now all out of stock. Was assured I wouldn't be charged, but I was, and was rudely told to call customer service.
