JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I was shocked at the condition of this store. It use to be very nice inside with good selection. Now the whole store is in disarray, nothing is organized and the floors aren’t even swept. It needs to be shut down and have the store completely reorganized. I’m hoping the management reads this and takes action before customers like me go somewhere else.

Horrible experience and poor customer service. They refused to get a bolt of fabric out of a box for my wife. Also, their prices, discounts, and store policies are not consistent with other Joann locations. We will keep our business with other Snohomish county locations that treat their customers with courtesy and respect.

Corporate is failing it's employees and us consumers, all for a quick buck. Sadly, Corporate is limiting the poor workers at this Joann's, only allowing 2 employees to work a shift on the whole weekend. That leaves 1 at the registers and 1 at the cut counter. You want to know why Joann's are suffering lately? It seems like Corporate wants to make it seem to be doing poorly to be able to sell the brand.

It seems like they're going out of business or something. Everything is sloppy, not stocked, or in disarray. The bathroom was horrible as well. Could use some upkeep.
