Hobby Lobby

They advertise being able to frame/mount pictures "While you shop!", but in reality told me it would take more than a week to put one piece of matting in a picture frame. Very disappointed that they want so long for such a simple job.

You need to do something about RETURNS. Waited behind an individual for 20 minutes. In the meantime, you FINALLY called extra cashiers only to have them take the individuals behind me as their first in line. No sense of urgency in processing customers through checkouts. It's like the entire staff walk around in slow motion. When you're finished shopping you want to leave in a more timely fashion.

Store had everything we needed and the staff was helpful but the return cashier line was not very clear that it wasnt a regular cashier line. And we waited in line for 30 min. Oh well. Good store for Christmas decor!

I asked the manager “Kate” for assistance on finding an item I was having troubles finding… All she did was point to where it was, a rough idea of the isle… and of course I couldn’t find the item. ( she didn’t offer to find anyone to help me either) So frustrating! This Hobby Lobby has always been a nightmare. The customer service has always been below average… so sad.

We went in with a mission to find speciality napkins and cups. We found a huge assortment and variety of all kinds of items! They have tons of different decor items, fabrics, and so much more. Just be aware that you will find so many choices that you will probably find the perfect product. Make sure you ask an associate because they seem to know where to find it! 😉
