Great children's clothing manager. Very helpful. Fun fashion show!!! Need bigger selection for tween boys. Very limited with what is trending.

Staff is helpful and the store is well-arranged. This is the only really nice department store left that's south of the James. I just wish those big extra 50% off clearance sales at Labor Day and New Year's were still a thing! Those were the glory days of shopping.

Beware of shopping in this location the Location in Short pump is much more helpful and convenient for customers , in a store with low foot traffic you would think they would make shopping an easier experience. Take it from me your constant retail shopper.
