Everyone is so sweet and helpful at this branch. Walked in the other day looking for a limited edition palette and Claire was a life saver, she was able find one, and have it shipped from another store, I was in and out within minutes. She was absolutely lovely and made my experience smooth! :)

Jared and Claire at Bluemercury were absolutely incredible. Jared helped me right from the start to help find exactly the product I needed. His knowledge on the history of the brands and the products was amazing and very helpful! Claire also provided information and cool history info on products for me as well. Both Jared and Claire made my experience easy, enjoyable and I even learned some things! Thank you both ¨̮

Super glad I stopped by last minute out of the blue!! They were about to close and yet I was greeted with nothing but kindness. Marlene was more than willing to help me, as well as answering any question I had. Super helpful and nice :) definitely coming back again!! I recommend coming here. I can’t thank her enough :) 10/10
