Bath & Body Works

Very clean and organized given it was the holidays when I was shopping. Friendly staff and was able to get checked out quickly. The only thing I didn't like was the sign placement, it made it seem items were on sale that aren't and could be a little confusing if you are in a hurry as I was and didn't want to read the entire sign above what I was looking for, but I guess that is on me. I will continue to shop at this location.

Would do zero star if possible I bought a 6 dollar soap that was stolen at the mall and we went to see if they would replace it with the receipt . I spend good money in their store often, still they refused to replace $6 merchandise and lost a customer. I do understand policy just disappointed.

Shopped the candle side of the store. I guess bath and body works owns "White Barn" candles because the stores are attached and the register is only active on the Bath and Body Works side. There was a good selection of candles, I think the prices are a bit high (I'm no candle price expert). We paid $25 each for some 3 wick candles the single wick candles were 2 for $20 but that was the only sale we saw.

The nice lady associate was knowledgeable about her inventory. I wanted the lavender stress relief body wash. She took the time to direct me to that part if the big busy store. She offered me various types. I was shown the other type products offered for similar effects. I made my informed decision due to her information of the store's products.

The 3 wick candles were on sale and I had also received coupons in the mail for additional discounts. It was fun picking out various candles, foaming soap pumps and even the new foam pump hand sanitizers. Ooo they smell so good! Hubby got some of the new mens soaps and lotions! We really racked up!!
