I made a pickup order because the item was not in stock online, but it was available in store, so i made the order for pickup... cut to them not fulfilling the order in the timeframe and taking out the 1 item i made the order for! This is not the first time this has happened... but will be the last time because I'm never ordering from this place EVER AGAIN! This store manager must be on drugs to think that is quality.

Buy online pickup in store is INCREDIBLY unreliable. In store customers get first dibs. This place is 4hrs behind on orders. I hate this company. The prove time and time again - they are not about the customers.
